excel on-line que não é excel on-line

Acho meio sux a idéia de meramente trazer o off-line para on-line (não desmerecendo as iniciativas a respeito). Digo, isto não é o que eu faria particularmente. Por isto estou postando esta web app que tem muito do que eu penso.
